At Mindelation, a multi-disciplinary practice, I use several modalities to deal with different issues. I will closely observe how your conscious and subconscious minds interact and impact your beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes.
I am not stern in the kind of therapy/treatment I use with you; each person is unique, and I personalize your sessions to meet your specific needs. Rather than depending on a single intervention method, my treatment is more diversified than others, and I combine strategies from a range of evidence-based sources.
